APS was contracted to project manage the construction of the Belle Magazine listed penthouse apartment. Taking on the project from concerns raised by the client of the current builder, APS entered the project during the major structure works. Placing direction and guidance into the project, the finish outcome of the project was one to be proud of.

- limestone and marble walls
- travertine floors
- chandeliers
- feature Indian marble walls, statues and ponds
- hi-end joinery and stainless steel bar
- major structural upgrade and removal of walls
