Annandale Federation House

A beautifully reviatlised 1910 Federation house to its former glory.  APS has reborn the previous run down original federation home of Annandale.  With attention to detail and careful selection of finishes to suit the era it was first built, APS is proud to have such a result on our portfolio.


2009

Belle Magazine Dec / Jan Issue 2009 / 2010

One of APS' most exclusive projects has been listed on the cover of Belle Magazine Dec/Jan 09/10 issue.  With an eight page spread on the successful project located in  Elizabeth Bay's most exclusive waterfront location, this high-end residential project was a challenge within itself. 


2008

Better Homes and Gardens

APS' successful completion of the Point Piper mansion was featured on an eleven page spread in the 60 Year Celebration edition of Better Homes and Gardens.  Another proud accalade of APS'. 


APS recent award projects

Alliance Project Services has recently been awarded the Project Management of a 4 level,  21 unit apartment block and a top floor penthouse redevelopment with a building facade upgrade. Alliance Project Services is working in conjunction with selected architect Archengine as a Project Manage and Design arrangement.


Raw Bean
APS have been contracted to design and develop the rollout of an authentic, traditional Italian espresso bars.  Raw Bean is an Artisan coffee roasted company that is bringing the original experience back into the market place. With over 40 stores in 5 years Australia wide APS is pleased to be a part of the growth stratgey.
Point Piper Mansion

The amazing Point Piper mansion has been completed with quality both in design and construct.  Project is being lodged with inVogue magazine with the hopes of a listing and write up. (view project)


Raine and Horne Sans Souci
APS has completed the new Raine and Horne Store of Sans Souci.  With new technology of digital display screens and ambience that brings a sense of comfort to your experience. (view project)

Indesign Vol. 31 and Inside Magazine Issue 47
